SPC-PC IV Explorer dynamically generates JPG files in a subdirectory called Charts. Use Windows Explorer to ensure the Anonymous Web (IIS_IUSRS) user has create/read/write (i.e. Full Control) access to this subdirectory.
When using an Access database, SPC-PC IV Explorer needs read/write access to the sample.mdb database file.
By default this file was installed to the Data subdirectory
of the SPC-PC IV Explorer application (e.g. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SPCExplorerRT\Data\). Using Windows Explorer verify that the Anonymous Web User has change
read and write (i.e. Read & Execute; Modify) privileges for this Data subdirectory.
