Measurement Systems Analysis
This online Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) training course, written and facilitated by the author of the latest Six Sigma Handbooks, introduces the fundamental concepts of measurement systems analysis. Based on the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) method, it discusses the various metrics used to quantify measurement error, as well as the use of control charts to analyze accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility.
