SPC Concepts
This online short course, written and facilitated by the author of SPC Demystified, introduces the fundamental concepts of process analysis using Statistical Process Control (SPC). It discusses the differences between SPC and classical statistical methods, and shows how a properly designed control chart provides an operational distinction between special and common causes of variation. Deming's red bead experiment is described to aid in the discussion.
