The Analysis Array is the record of the experiment as actually run, which may differ from the Design Array by having added or missing runs. It contains one or more Experimental Responses for each run. It may also contain Casual Factors recorded during the experiment, but not planned in the Design Array. Additional columns may be included for quantifiable factors such as run order, date and time and for non-quantifiable entries such as comments.
