Green Belt XL can be used by Six Sigma Teams throughout the DMAIC methodology to build consensus and perform rapid, easy to understand analysis of any process. It includes all the popular analyses included in our SPC IV Excel software, as well as Matrix Diagrams and Prioritization Matrices.
Define Stage
Pareto Diagrams to properly scope the project to distinguish the critical few from the trivial many. Use Stacked Pareto option to break down each category even further!.
Matrix Diagrams to select projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Prioritization matrices to prioritize options relative to weighted criteria; to reduce a large collection of ideas to a workable list of potential items.
Measure Stage
Gage R&R Analysis using Range or ANOVA methods, with Repeatability and Reproducibility control charts.
Control Charts with built-in Process Capability, Sigma Level and Histogram Analysis using Normal or Non-normal distributions to baseline the process, including:
- X-Bar Chart with Range chart or Sigma chart.
- Individual X / Moving Range chart with control limits based on Normal or Non-Normal distributions.
